What the form collects
We collect your name, agency, email and phone or WhatsApp number, together with the journey details you choose to provide: arrival date, flight, hotel or address, passenger and luggage numbers, preferred vehicle, services needed and notes.
Why we use it
The St James Key uses these details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange the journey you request.
If you are a travel professional
If you are a travel professional, we may email you at the business address you publish, about arranging London cars for your clients. We keep your name, business, business email and notes from your public pages, and we stop and delete them whenever you ask.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is handled by Calin Botean. The licensed operator carrying out the journey receives the details it needs to arrange and fulfil it. Netlify hosts the enquiry form and stores submissions for us.
When you use the journey map, map images are loaded from OpenFreeMap, which receives your device's internet address; no cookies are set.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not become a booking, we keep its details for up to 12 months after our final response, and delete them sooner when they are no longer needed. If it becomes a booking, the operator handles its booking records under its own privacy notice.
Asking for deletion
To ask for your enquiry details to be deleted, email [email address]. Please tell us which enquiry you mean so that we can find it.
